Always eat before dental appointments
It is better to have something in your stomach before getting your dental fillings or any dental appointments. Chances are you will have to be numb and after treatment is finished it is recommended to wait an hour (sometimes two) before eating again.
So you won't be "Hangry" (hungry and angry)! 😊😊😊
#2
Sleep well the night before
Getting enough sleep before a dental appointment can help you feel more relaxed and less anxious. It can also help your body recover after the procedure.

Post-op
Try to avoid any hard, chewy, or sticky foods after your fillings for at-least 1-2 weeks. Try something soft maybe soup or salads. If you are experiencing sensitivity after fillings you may benefit from avoiding hot or cold drinks. If symptom persist, Call and make an appointment to adjust your bite. We will be glad to see you again.
